Terms and Conditions

1. Service Tax extra applicable on the total bill as per Government ruling from time to time (presently 4.90%) and new percentages as and when the Govt. proposes.
2. Time and meter reading will be on garage to garage basis.
3. Exceeding 4hrs or 40kms will be charged as full day.
4. Driver's Bhatta shall payable for the trip commencing before 7 a.m. or the trip carries on beyond 9.00 p.m.
5. Local: A booking will be considered as terminated at 12.00 midnight and thereafter shall be treated as full day.
6. Out Stations: Driver's Bhatta will be charged on Calendar day basis.
7. Cancellation: Rs.250/- will be charged once car leaves out garage.
8. Tariff subject to change without notice.
9. Parking, Permit, Entrance. Toll, Road Tax: Charges will be to client's accounts.
10. Airport Transfer within city limits or 4 hrs or 40 kms if it is exit next slab is applicable. For any hike in the prices, fuel surcharge shall be charged on the bill as per the following formulae: Total Kilometer
    traveled/10 x hike in price of fuel, the base fuel price being Rs.50.62 Petrol and Rs.35.25 Diesel, if you are not an existing Premier Travels Customer-Current clientele is subject to earlier base fuel rates.
